Using manual:
First time usage:
1, By flexing metal disc inside hot pack, special gel starts to crystallize,
2, till liquid becomes solid,pressing
3, liquid slightly and let it diffuse homogeneously,
4, it can be become warm up to approximately 57°C (130°F).
5, Put whenever you need to heat

Second time usage:
1, If you want to re-use and recycle hot pack, please wrap stuff with towel or cotton fabric and put into boiled
    water for 3 to 5 minutes (please avoid surface of hot pack touching heating container directly), wait till
    crystal structure 100% melt
2, Cautious because hot pack is under status of high-temperature and don't direct contact your skin
3, Do according to step 1 and 2 products can be repeated usage
